Sequins are all the rage, and this skirt is a unique take on the trend. Black silk background with horizontal stripes of sequins. To make it even more interesting, there are beaded and sequined areas on the hips on both sides, from the waist to about mid thigh. This area is more heavily sequined with an interesting design. Elastic waist. Center back vent. Zig zag hem. Back is a bit longer than the front. Fully lined.
