Now this is the epitome of chic! Just like a trench coat, except it is a cape instead. Khaki colored rain coat material with collar and tortoise buttons down the front. Military style epaulettes on shoulders. Pockets hidden inside the cape armholes. Flat front. Arm holes are like wings. Hits below the knee, probably around the upper calf. Longer in center than on sides. Fully lined. Made in Poland.
