This Vintage Bellini hat is really chic! Hat features cream wool felt, a black grosgrain ribbon with white stripe in the middle, medium sized grosgrain black bow. Brim of hat goes upwards. Black elastic string to hold at chin. Inside of hat has a pink grosgrain ribbon where label lays. New, Hat still has tags.
