Vintage Fold Over Clutch with Rainbow Stripe

What a fun quirky vintage clutch! There are lots of fun thing going on in this vintage handbag.  One is the rainbow stripe, another is the retro plastic fram, and yet another is the fun fold over shape!  Off white canvas clutch features a vertical ribbon down the front center and back center. The ribbon features the colors: dark blue, light blue, green, yellow, orange and red. The frame of the clutch is brown lucite plastic with clasp at top. The top half of the clutch can be folded downwards for a different look. The inside of the clutch has an open space with a small zippered pocket on on one side.
